La copertura è del tipo aggraffato non ventilato.

Nel dettaglio:

  • il complesso abitativo è costituito da 8 palazzine similari tra loro, con copertura in alluminio preverniciato realizzata nel sistema ad aggraffatura doppia, tutti i fabbricati presentano una stessa tipologia di abbaini (n. 128), che si innestano nel piano di copertura e che prevedono un raccordo anche di imbotte per finestre.
  • in questo edificio, oltre alle lattonerie standard di corredo del manto, sono state realizzate tutte le lattonerie in alluminio per i frangisole, bordi terrazzi e corpi vani scale ai piani inferiori.
